Who organizes my flights?
You do. We can assist in giving you tips on how to find the most affordable ticket, where to fly in, etc.
Are there deadlines?
Some programs have specific deadlines. Please check the website page to see if your program has one.
I applied in the last 3 days but haven't heard back.
We try to confirm receipt of the application within 24 hours. If you have not heard back from us, it is possible we haven’t received it. Please contact info@goinspired.com explaining the situation.
What are the visa requirements?
The visa requirements depend on where you are going and where you are coming from. It is important to find out specific information regarding visa requirements. Please check with your embassy. For Go Inspired’s programs in Europe, North Americans can be in the country for 90 days without a visa.
Is insurance included?
No. Insurance coverage varies by your nationality and what your country provides. You will be required to show proof of medical insurance before you begin our program. Go Inspired requires all participants to secure medical insurance (depending on participant country) which covers Participant while abroad for the duration of the Program. Participant may already be covered by a medical insurance policy. If this is the case, please check the insurance policy to ensure it includes overseas coverage. If Participant does not currently have medical insurance, a good option is to obtain travel/trip cancellation insurance that includes medical coverage. Participant is responsible for submitting proof of medical insurance to the Go Inspired office no later than 30 days prior to departure. If Participant has a pre-existing or current medical condition and/or allergies, Participant must advise Go Inspired in writing.
What are the expenses when I am there?
Expenses vary according to city. Depending on your budget, you can eat out or cook at home. The apartments our participants stay in are equipped with kitchens. It all depends on what you would like to do while attending the program.
Do you provide financial assistance?
Go Inspired aims to provide at least one partial scholarship for each program.
Are there group discounts?
Yes, Go Inspired offers discounts to participants who are 3+. Please contact us at info@goinspired.com so we can give you the discount offer.

Payments

How do I pay?
Payments can be made by visa/mastercard or by check.
What are the payment options?
Prices vary according to the program and the city in which you will be. Please refer to the Course Overview on the Course page that has the exact fee of the program.
A non-refundable deposit of 500 euros for most programs is required before full payment is made.
What are the payment due dates?
Once you have paid your initial deposit payment to secure your place, you have different options to pay your fees.

Option 1: Pay In Full Plan: You have the ability to immediately secure your enrollment by paying the full price. This would include the Deposit and Program Fee balance in one full payment. For some programs, we offer Early Bird Discounts which are a reduced program fee if paid by a certain date.

Option 2: Installment Plan: You can choose to make your payments over time by enrolling in our Installment Plan. This will allow you to make monthly payments by credit or debit card. There is an additional installment fee added to all installment payments. All payments must be completed 30 days before the start of the program in which you are enrolled.

Option 3: Pay Before Course Begins Plan: Once you pay the deposit, you have until 30 days before the course begins to make the final payment.
I paid the fee but now I cannot attend. Can I get my money back?
Any and all payments for the Go Inspired Program cost are due on or before 30 days prior to the program’s start date. If the money is not received 30 days prior to the start of the program, Go Inspired will assume Participant has cancelled (unless prior arrangements have been made with the Go Inspired office). Participant will receive a Program cancellation notice and cancellation fees will apply (as specified in the Cancellation Policy below).
Once cancelled, Participant’s space in the program is not guaranteed if Participant becomes reinstated.
What are the visa requirements?
We require a non-refundable deposit when accepted into the course. If you have paid the full amount, we will return the money but first we will deduct the deposit as well as a percentage depending on how close it is to the start of the course.

Cancellation of the Program must be in writing (by email or mail with confirmation of receipt by Go Inspired). No verbal cancellations will be accepted. Participant must inform both Go Inspired and his/her travel/trip cancellation insurance provider of cancellation. If the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of Participant’s insurance policy then his/her provider may refund Participant. If Participant’s insurance claim is denied, Participant may then submit proof of denial to Go Inspired, and the Cancellation Policy as follows will apply.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Program arrangements require Go Inspired to make financial commitments on Participant’s behalf in advance of the program start date. When Go Inspired receives Participant’s written cancellation, a cancellation fee will be incurred to cover the expenses and costs suffered by Go Inspired due to his/her cancellation. The amount of the cancellation fee is determined by the number of days prior to Participant’s departure date that the written cancellation notice is received.

Cancellation charges are applicable per person based on days before cancellation as follows:

Before 70 days prior to departure: Loss of nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit
69 to 46 days prior to departure: Loss of 50% of total program cost
45 to 31 days prior to departure: Loss of 75% of total program cost
30 days or less prior to departure: Loss of 100% of total program cost
Failure to show up: Loss of 100% of total program cost

Cancellation refunds will be processed as soon as possible and may not be transferred to a third party.
