Volunteer in Romania
Various opportunities working with projects located in and around Florence. Projects include working with HIV and AIDS patients, elderly homeless persons, children to be treated in the Pediatric Hospital of Florence, childhood education and day-care and day programs that teach independent living skills to those suffering from mental illness. These activities are promoted in different centers in Florence: homeless shelters, small schools for teenagers and Roma children, hospitals, etc...

- 4 Weeks: 1050€
Volunteer at a hospital with orphans in an enchanted city in Romania. Work with at-risk children and babies who need love and attention. Volunteers will assist with daily care, as well as playing with babies and children to give them much needed attention. There will also be possibilities to volunteer in a nearby Roma village doing various projects. Volunteers are required to work 1 shift a day-either morning or evening.
